## Venues ask for your EPK and you don't have one ready

When a venue wants to book you, they ask for your EPK—photos, bio, videos, setlist, stage requirements and booking contact. If you don't have one ready, you cobble together a PDF or a Google Drive link and hope it looks professional.

The result is usually a mismatched collection of files that doesn't make a strong first impression.

## One shareable link with everything a venue needs

The Band Planned builds your EPK from your band or act profile. Add a hero image, bio, photos, videos, audio samples, social links, setlists and booking contact. Share one link with venues and they see a clean, professional page.

When you update your profile, the EPK updates automatically—no re-sending PDFs.

### Hero image & bio

A branded landing page with your band or act's hero image and full biography.

### Photos, video & audio

Show your best live shots, a featured video and audio samples.

### Stage & technical requirements

PA, lighting, backline and stage footprint details for the venue's sound team.

### Booking contact

Your preferred contact method, email and phone right on the page.

## Send a link, not a folder of files

When a venue asks for your EPK, you send one link. They see a professional page with everything they need to make a decision. You look organised and serious about your music.
