Does every band member have to pay?
No. One active subscription covers one band or act. Invited members join and use that band’s workspace free. A member only needs a paid plan if they choose to create and manage their own act after their trial.
What happens during and after the trial?
You have 14 days from account creation to try the app. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically charge you. To keep managing your own band or act afterwards, choose a monthly or annual subscription. Invited members do not need a separate subscription to participate in someone else’s band.
Can I start before the rest of the band joins?
Yes. Create your act and add a gig or rehearsal first, then share your invitation link. Members can mark unavailable dates and respond to events once they join. Solo performers can skip invitations.
Is it suitable for my kind of act?
The app supports working cover and pub bands, wedding and corporate bands, tribute acts, original bands, duos and solo performers. Start with the scheduling, setlist or shared information tools that suit the way you work.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The Band Planned works in a mobile browser as well as on tablet and desktop. Supported devices can also add it to the home screen as a web app.
Will it book gigs for us?
No booking is guaranteed. Gig Planned helps you research suitable public venue and event opportunities, prepare an approach and track follow-ups. Check the details before contacting a venue; the booking decision stays with the venue or organiser.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of your paid billing period, subject to the Terms of Service.
Who can see our band’s information?
Band members can access their own band’s workspace. Authorised app administrators can access records for app administration. Public EPKs show information you choose to publish. Read the Privacy Policy for the full details.
