About The Band Planned

The Band Planned is a centralized coordination platform designed to help bands and solo acts manage their schedules, member availability, and gig bookings all in one place. Born from the real-world chaos of coordinating multiple musicians, rehearsals, and performance dates, the app gives every band member a shared view of what's coming up and who can make it.

Built for gigging bands, duos, soloists, and cover acts, The Band Planned replaces scattered group chats and spreadsheets with a single source of truth. Members can log their availability, RSVP to rehearsals and gigs, track expenses and income, share files and social content, and discover new venues to contact — all from a dark, stage-inspired interface that feels right at home for musicians.

Made by musicians, for musicians, The Band Planned focuses on the practical details behind a show: who can make the date, where the current information lives, and what needs following up. See the real app screenshots, then start a free trial with your own band.

From the first rehearsal to the next booking

Start with one upcoming event. Record the location, arrival time and what the group needs to prepare, then ask each member to check their availability and respond. Keep changes in the workspace so a replacement player or a bandmate arriving later can find the latest details without searching an old message thread.

Between shows, use the same workspace to review gig income and expenses, prepare your press kit and keep track of venue conversations. A researched venue is a lead to assess, not a guaranteed booking: check that the room suits your act, confirm its current booking process and review a pitch before you send it.

Try it with the way your band works

The 14-day trial lets you try your own band or solo-act workspace without entering card details. Compare the current plans and use the contact page if you need help choosing where to start.
