Help with your band workspace
Contact us about setting up a band or act, inviting members, recording availability, planning rehearsals, managing gigs or using your electronic press kit. Tell us what happened
For a technical question, describe what you were trying to do, the page you were using and what happened instead. Include your device and browser, plus any error message. A screenshot can help, but remove private band information and anything you do not want to share. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Invitations and access questions
If an invitation or sign-in link is not working, tell us whether you are joining an existing band or creating a new act, and describe the message you see. Check that you are signing in with the email address you intended to use. Do not forward a verification code or a private invitation link; a description of the step where you got stuck is enough to begin investigating.
For questions about an event, include the type of event and the date, without sharing private contact details for other members. For an upload or download problem, include the file type and approximate size. This context helps us understand your issue without requesting your band's full files or financial records.

For subscription questions, check the pricing page for current plans and trial information. One active plan covers a band or act, and invited members join that workspace free.
